1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern the rental of accommodations at Del Rey Apartments Aruba. By making a reservation, you agree to comply with these terms. Before completing your booking, the full terms and conditions will be shown.

2. Check-in and Check-out

  • Check-in Time: 04:00 PM
  • Check-out Time: 12:00 PM
  • Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and is subject to availability.


3. Reservations

  • Reservations can be made through our website.
  • A valid credit card is required to secure your booking.


4. Guest Policy

  • House rules will be provided upon arrival.
  • Pets are not allowed.
  • Guests are expected to maintain respectful behavior during their stay.


5. Amenities

We provide a range of amenities, including Wi-Fi, toiletries, baby beds, and baby chairs. Please note that the availability of certain amenities may vary.

6. Liability
Del Rey Apartments Aruba is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings during your stay. Guests are encouraged to obtain travel insurance for their protection.

7. Smoking Policy
The apartments are strictly non-smoking. However, guests are allowed to smoke on their balcony, patio, and in designated outdoor public areas.

8. Amendments
Del Rey Apartments Aruba reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting.

Payment Policy

Your credit card will be charged 50% of the total amount one month prior to your arrival. The remaining 50% will be charged one week before your arrival.

If we are unable to process your credit card, we will contact you by email and request updated card details within 72 hours (3 days). If we do not receive valid payment information within this timeframe, the booking will be automatically cancelled.

Please note: we do not accept cash payments and do not keep cash on the premises.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made at least one month before arrival are free of charge.

For cancellations made between 1 month and 1 week prior to arrival, a $50 administration fee will apply.

No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within one week of arrival or in the case of no-shows.

We strongly encourage you to review our policy before completing your reservation.

We recommend that guests purchase travel insurance to cover unexpected cancellations.
